an internal tool for Pôle Emploi

Commissioned by Pôle Emploi Hauts-de-France, this interactive platform strengthens cohesion among 97 employment agencies.
The project is an interactive platform where agencies can showcase their achievements in a visual and symbolic way by growing a digital tree symbolizing its achievements and initiatives.

I created a seamless tree-editing experience using modular components, ensuring technical feasibility.

The company’s internal application now enables agencies to celebrate their progress in a meaningful way, strengthening their connection to the larger organization and fostering motivation within their teams.
